1. About these terms
The website trimacosurgical.com (the “Site”) is operated by Trimaco Surgical Division Ltd. (company no. 513782896), which operates under the name “Trimaco Medical & Surgical” (“Trimaco”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who the Site is for
The Site provides general information about Trimaco and about the medical devices, technologies and services we supply. It is intended mainly for healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and business partners.
3. No medical advice
Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a recommendation to use a particular product, or a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified clinician. Medical devices may be used only by qualified professionals, in accordance with their instructions for use, and only where they are approved or registered for use (in Israel, with the Medical Devices Division of the Ministry of Health – AMAR). Product availability, specifications and indications may vary and may change without notice.
4. Intellectual property and copyright

Names and logos of other companies and products that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their products; their appearance does not imply any endorsement beyond the relationships described on the Site.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system; not to introduce malicious code or disrupt the Site’s operation; and not to use automated means to scrape or collect content or data from the Site.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site links to or displays services operated by third parties, including the Clinic and AI Design portals (provided by Lingoral) and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trimaco and its directors, employees and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, or from reliance on information on the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.
